Senior Figure in Biden Admin Claims Staffers Terrified of President, who is ‘Not a Pleasant Person’

The extent to which President Joe Biden was shielded from the public prior to his appalling performance in the first presidential debate versus former President Donald Trump was detailed in a new Politico piece that was released on Tuesday.

In addition, it was claimed in the piece that many staffers are actually afraid of the President due to his alleged unpleasantness.

“It’s like, ‘You can’t include that, that will set him off,’ or “Put that in, he likes that,’” one source within the Administration told Politco.

“It’s a Rorschach test, not a briefing. Because he is not a pleasant person to be around when he’s being briefed. It’s very difficult, and people are scared shitless of him.” they continued.

“He doesn’t take advice from anyone other than those few top aides, and it becomes a perfect storm because he just gets more and more isolated from their efforts to control it.” they added.

The president’s inner circle has been trying to keep Biden away from both the public and his employees, according to multiple White House staffers with whom the authors had off-the-record conversations.

Many of them paint a picture of a volatile atmosphere that was “curated” to protect Biden from both domestic and public criticism.

Biden’s poll numbers are currently in free fall as Americans continue to react to his disastrous debate performance last Thursday night.
