During a speech at the UN this week, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian warned American forces, threatening to destroy the country if it helps Israel’s efforts to apprehend the terrorists responsible for the murder of over 1,400 Israelis earlier this month.
Even though Iran played a major role in planning the terrorist strike and other recent attacks against U.S. personnel across the region, Amir-Abdollahian stated in a letter to U.S. congressmen that Iran “does not welcome the expansion of the war in the region.”
“It is our home and West Asia is our region. We do not compromise with any party and any side and have no reservations when it comes to our home’s security.” he said.
The United States “will not be spared from this fire,” he declared, if Israel’s military operation against terrorists from Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad persisted within Gaza.
The Hamas terrorists were then given legitimacy by Amir-Abdollahian, who said that they had “a legitimate right” to oppose the occupation and that they were doing it in order to “fight the occupation.”
He never once denounced Hamas for killing mothers, kids, and the elderly.
According to him, Israel should free the thousands of Palestinian terrorists and criminals who have been found guilty in Israeli courts and are incarcerated there if it want to free the civilians who are being held hostage.
