Candidates Donald Trump Has Endorsed

Ohio Senate Candidate JD Vance

Donald Trump has made another controversial endorsement, this time endorsing senate candidate J.D. Vance in Ohio.

The Daily Caller reports that Trump made the endorsement of Vance, who criticized Trump and did not vote for him in 2016.

The Ohio Senate race is crowded and has divided the Republican party in who they support. Others in the race are Mike Gibbons, Josh Mandel, and Jane Timken.

Current endorsers of Vance other than Trump are, Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley, Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Indiana Rep. Jim Banks.

Maryland Gubernatorial Candidate State Delegate Dan Cox

Trump endorsed State Delegate Dan Cox who’s running to replace term-limited Gov. Larry Hogan (R-MD).

Hogan has been no friend of Former President Trump. Hogan has endorsed Maryland Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz setting up a proxy battle between Hogan and Trump.

In Trump’s endorsement he lauded Cox for “standing up to Hogan” when he was “meeting with Joe Biden”.

Madison Gesiotto, a two-time Miss Ohio with a law degree from Ohio State University is running for Congress in Ohio.

She’s a frequent commentator on Fox News and Fox Business and married to former NFL Offensive Tackle Marcus Gilbert.

Donald Trump endorsed Gesiotto in mid-March.

Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz

Donald Trump’s recent endorsement of celebrity doctor and Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Mehmet Oz has sent MAGA-world into a meltdown.

Many ardent Trump supporters see Oz as untrustworthy and an individual who holds more liberal views than conservative.

The crowded race features Dave McCormick, who has former Trump admin official Hope Hicks on his team. McCormick is the fan favorite of MAGA-world and Trump’s endorsement of Oz is one that should have went to McCormick in their eyes.

North Carolina Senate Candidate Rep. Tedd Budd

Donald Trump endorsed Rep. Tedd Budd for Senate in June of 2021 to replace the retiring Senator Richard Burr (R-NC)

Budd has been a member of Congress since 2017 and is aligned with the conservative Freedom Caucus and Republican Study Committee.
