Fox Host Laura Ingraham Forced to Miss Own Show Due to Airline Nightmare

Laura Ingraham, the anchor of The Ingraham Angle on Fox News, was reportedly unable to attend her scheduled episode at 7 p.m. on Tuesday due to a delayed United Airlines flight that was rerouted to Austin, Texas.

Ingraham announced on social media an hour prior to the commencement of her program that she had been stranded on her post-Memorial Day flight for seven-and-a-half hours and would be unable to attend.

United Airlines apologized for the delay in response to Ingraham’s post.

Fox News confirmed that Ingraham was originally scheduled to host the program from Houston, but she was unexpectedly redirected to Austin, which is approximately 160 miles away.

Jeanine Pirro, a co-host of The Five, substituted for Ingraham on short notice, hosting the program from New York with an emphasis on the hush money trial of former President Donald Trump.

Nevertheless, Ingraham did call into her own program approximately 30 minutes into the broadcast.

“I want to bring in Laura Ingraham, host of the Ingraham Angle. She joins me now on the phone. Hello, Laura. I hear you’re at an airport or on a plane somewhere.” Pirro said.

“Eight hours, friendly skies of United Airlines. It wasn’t so friendly today, but that’s alright. Everybody was nice and patient. I’m so sorry not to be on tonight, it was just literally no way I could get to a studio in time given what happened on the airline with the weather and mechanical problems, but I followed everything that was happening today and continues to happen in Manhattan.” she continued.
