Claire McCaskill, a former senator at MSNBC who now provides commentary, is now claiming that former President Trump is “more dangerous” than certain notorious dictators in world history, including Adolf Hitler.
Recently, during the Veterans Day weekend, Trump published a post in which he referred to his political adversaries as “vermin,” prompting some liberal and far-left observers to draw parallels to the actions of Adolf Hitler.
“A lot of people have tried to draw similarities between [Benito] Mussolini and [Adolf] Hitler and the use of the terminology like ‘vermin’ and the drive that those men had towards autocracy and dictatorship. The difference, though, I think makes Donald Trump even more dangerous, and that is he has no philosophy he believes in.” McCaskill said in a recent media apperance.
“All he wants … is to look in the mirror and see a guy who’s president. All he cares about is selfish self-promotion. That’s the only philosophy he has. Which makes him even more dangerous.” she continued.
New national polling also places Trump just ahead of President Biden in the likelihood of their rematching in the general election of 2024.
