‘Fox & Friends’ Names New Co-Host

Lawrence Jones has reportedly been appointed as the show’s new co-host.

The official announcement was made during the 8 a.m. hour of the Fox News morning program, shortly after People broke the news.

Earhardt greeted her new coworker with enthusiasm.

Jones will join Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and Brian Kilmeade on weekday mornings while maintaining his role as the franchise’s enterprise correspondent, according to the network.

Since joining Fox in 2018, he has most recently hosted a weekend show that is being displaced by “One Nation with Brian Kilmeade” on Saturday evenings.

Jones was one of several Fox News personalities who guest-hosted the 8 p.m.

Eastern hour earlier this year as the network sought to succeed Tucker Carlson.

On Monday, Jones assumes his new position.
