New Fox Poll Shows Significant Majority of Voters Not ‘Glad’ to See Trump Running Again

During a discussion regarding the 2024 presidential race on Monday, guest presenter Charles Payne reportedly mentioned that recent Fox News polls revealed that 58 percent of registered voters are not “pleased” to see former President Donald Trump run again.

“Well, that was New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu telling Neil Cavuto about possible plans, his possible plans for 2024. This what, some new Fox polls showing a lot of voters aren’t looking forward to a possible Biden-Trump rematch,” Payne said before introducing Sununu

In addition to negative feelings about Trump the poll also showed that 64 percent of voters also didn’t want to see Biden run for reelection.

The poll also found that only 31% are happy with the way things are going in the country right now, while 68% are unhappy.

A majority of Democrats (58%) are satisfied, but only 11% of Republicans are.

The economy is likely behind a significant amount of the reported discontent.

Voters across the political spectrum think that it is by far the most pressing issue confronting the country (42% overall, including 50% of Republicans, 49% of independents, and 29% of Democrats).

The poll was conducted from December 9th to December 12th and has a 3% margin of error.
