Trump Has Not Appeared on Fox News in Over 100 Days

A new report indicates that Fox News appears to be banning former President Trump from the network.

Trump has not made an appearance in over 100 days and the decision to keep him off the air has reportedly come from the highest levels, Newsmax reports.

The last appearance by Trump on the network came on “Hannity on April 13th, but even his friend doesn’t seem to be paying attention to Trump anymore and Trump is noticing.

He complained that Sean Hannity, a longtime friend, “doesn’t seem to be paying him much attention anymore.”

A report in The New York Times revealed that Fox has a strategy to shun the former President in order to displace him as the de facto leader of the GOP.

The Times’ report indicated that the two Republican leaders of Fox News, Chairman Rupert Murdoch, and CEO Lachlan Murdoch have developed a strong distaste for Trump.

The decision to exclude him has come from them, the highest levels of the company.

Murdoch also own the newspapers The Wall Street Journal and the New York Post. Both papers have recently issued rebukes of the former president.

Trump’s distaste for Fox News has not been hidden. He recently slammed a former favorite show, “Fox & Friends” over their coverage of polling for Trump which showed him as the clear frontrunner in the GOP. [READ MORE: Trump Lashes Out at ‘Fox & Friends’ Over Coverage]

Fox News has also recently run anti-Trump videos showing former supporters of the President saying that they plan to ditch him for DeSantis in 2024. [READ MORE: Fox News Video Shows Voters Rebuke Trump for DeSantis]

The disdain for the former President began with his inability to accept the election results of 2020, the report says.

That is what turned the Murdochs on Trump.
