According to a new report issued on Monday by the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF), the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) possesses more than 5,000 records that may show that Joe Biden used a pseudonym while serving as vice president.
According to a statement from the foundation, the SLF requested all records from Biden’s vice presidency, including three anonymous email accounts used to correspond with his son Hunter Biden about politics and business, in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request submitted to NARA in June 2022.
Despite the fact that no papers have yet been supplied to the law firm, NARA identified over 5,400 documents that may be relevant to the request.
According to the press release, the SLF sued NARA on Monday in an effort to recover the more than 5,000 records.
The three names “Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware,” which Biden is said to have used while serving as vice president, were the subject of the SLF’s request for all documents.
According to emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, Biden and his staff used the name “Robert L. Peters” to plan a meeting with the then-President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, when he was vice president.
On August 17, the House Oversight Committee requested all preserved communications from Biden’s vice presidency pertaining to Hunter Biden, Ukraine, and Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings from NARA.
