Donald Trump, who is now running for president, was honored with the title of “Person of the Year” by Time magazine on Thursday.
The publication praised his unprecedented “political rebirth” in the wake of the numerous attempts by the deep state and the liberal media to destroy him.
According to the magazine, Trump’s “first term ended in disgrace” and that he was then rejected by the majority of party officials when he announced his candidacy in late 2022, despite the fact that various criminal investigations were ongoing to investigate him.
According to the letter that Sam Jacobs, the Editor-in-Chief of TIME, wrote to his readers, the decision was not a tough one.
“Since he began running for President in 2015, perhaps no single individual has played a larger role in changing the course of politics and history than Trump,” he noted.

The publication made note of the remarkable manner in which Trump accomplished his victory in the election: by raising his popularity with practically every voter group.
“On the cusp of his second presidency, all of us—from his most fanatical supporters to his most fervent critics—are living in the Age of Trump. He dispatched his Republican rivals in near record time. For weeks, he campaigned largely from the New York courtroom where he would be convicted on 34 felony counts.” he added.
“His sole debate with President Joe Biden in June led to his opponent’s eventual exit from the race. Sixteen days later, he survived an assassination attempt at a campaign rally. In the sprint that followed, he outlasted Vice President Kamala Harris, sweeping all seven swing states and emerging from the election at the height of his popularity.” he continued.
After everything was said and done, he became the first Republican to win the popular vote in twenty years, and his support increased in ninety percent of the counties in the United States when compared to the election of 2020.
