New Fox Poll Shows Trump Losing to Biden, But DeSantis and Haley Win

In a poll issued this week, President Biden edged out former President Trump by a slim margin of one point.

Including the slim advantage over Trump, Biden has support of between 45 and 49 percent against each Republican running for president. However, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) leads the incumbent president by two points.

Nikki Haley, a former governor of South Carolina, beats Biden by 4 points, according to the poll.

It also appeared that Trump performed worse against Biden than the other contenders fighting for the GOP nomination for the first time this cycle according to the poll findings, which were released on Wednesday.

The New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) has charged Republican front-runner Donald Trump with inflating and deflating the worth of properties and businesses in a civil fraud trial.

But the poll indicates that Trump is still clearly in front of the GOP primary field despite a variety of legal issues.

Among GOP primary voters, he received 59% of the vote, compared to DeSantis’ 13%, Haley’s 10%, and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy’s 7%.

According to the poll, Sen. Tim Scott (S.C.), former Vice President Mike Pence, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie all received fewer than 5 percent.

The Fox News survey was conducted from October 6–9 among 1,007 nationally representative registered voters.
