Megyn Kelly Reveals Who She Thought Emerged Victorious From Tucker Carlson’s Iowa Summit

Megyn Kelly, presenter of the podcast, reportedly stated over the weekend that she thought one Republican presidential contender stood out among the pack during a discussion held by Tucker Carlson last week in Iowa.

At the Family Leadership Summit, contenders Ron DeSantis of Florida, Mike Pence, Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina, Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas, Nikki Haley of South Carolina, and Vivek Ramaswamy also spoke with Carlson.

When asked about the candidates in Florida by Daily Signal Senior Reporter Mary Margaret Olohan, Kelly made the comments.

“I thought that was the best I’ve seen Ron DeSantis. I think DeSantis is starting to find his groove. He’s getting better at this. It was the best he’s done on Ukraine and a number of other issues.” Kelly said.

“So I thought it was a DeSantis win,” she concluded.

However, she then conceded that DeSantis’s campaign has been plagued with early problems, but then pointed out that there was still plenty of time for his campaign to turn things around:

“But it is relatively early, and he’s got $150 million in his war chest. So it’s too early to pronounce his campaign over. Having said that, it hasn’t been gangbusters. You know, he got sort of a false start with that Twitter Spaces thing. And he’s not a natural retail politician.” Kelly added.
